Kyriad Hotel Clermont Ferrand Centre - Clermont-Ferrand

The location of this place is very central, near the city center.

Good location, easy parking, excellent value for money.

The hallways looked in need of refurbishment, and the first impression of the neighborhood was not good, but still good value for money.

Our breakfasts were above average and excellent with quirky yoghurt

The hotel staff was not very friendly.

The hotel has a fantastic location close to shops, restaurants, bars, and the historical center.

I was demanded higher amount of money than a contract rate. The reaction of a cashier was indistinct when I required the correction of the bill.

On site covered parking and price of hotel. also 5/10 minute walk to centre, which is cool.

The breakfast at Kyriad was excellent with a wide variety of choices and a relaxed atmosphere. I especially enjoyed the fresh pastries and friendly service. The hotel also had a convenient car park, making it easy to explore the nearby attractions. The location near the main square, Place de Jaude, was also a plus.

Hotel is conveniently located near the city centre and close to the tram stop. The room was clean; the toilet isseparate from the bathroom. The bathroom was of good size with a spacious shower cubicle. Staff were friendly and helpful. Wifi was free. Restaurant in the hotel; breakfast was good (slightly expensive). Room had air-con and central heating; the latter was not turned on (December). Decent sized tv, kettle with coffee/tea packets (can get more from restaurant)

Room is small, can hardly walk around the double bed, difficult to sit at the desk and also open the cupboard and door to room. Fortunately I was travelling alone; it would be difficult for a couple as you can not walk past each other. Central heating was not turned on, even though it was December.

below our expectation, hotel condition isn't good at all.

The value for money at Kyriad was excellent, with renovated rooms and a prime central location. The staff treated us well, especially Lea who helped us with urgent printing needs and upgraded our room to a larger one with a king bed.

The Location of the hotel was brilliant.

Parking was a problem, they advertise that you do not have to pre book, but on arrival we had to wait until a member of staff had finished her shift before we could park.

that KH pretend to be eco-firendly by saying to save water but re-use your towel and on the other hands liquid soaps and soap bar were change everyday...even if not finish.

The continental breakfast looked great, but we didn't have time to try it out. The staff here were super friendly and provided quick service! 😊

Our stay at Kyriad in Clermont-Ferrand was fantastic! We were delighted with the breakfast selection which offered plenty of options in a relaxed setting. The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly, making us feel right at home. The car park was a great bonus, providing secure parking for our convenience. The hotel's reception area was inviting, offering a place to relax and enjoy a coffee or beer. We also appreciated the drinkable water in the room and the convenience of having tea and coffee facilities available. the location was excellent for accessing nearby restaurants and exploring the area.

Nice breakfast, good location, good size room with great balcony. Comfortable bed.

Step at the entrance, you have to step up and then a pace later step down, very unfriendly for wheelchairs and people with luggage
